Set up the Arduino IDE for the ESP8266 ESP-12E NodeMCU

I just received the LoLin NodeMCU V3 board, I ordered, and wanted to give it a quick test. I followed the instructions, on the following web site, to program it via the Arduino IDE:

      ESP8266
        CheckFlashConfig
  Check Mark (Verify)
  Right Arrow (Upload)
  Tools
    Serial Monitor : 115200 baud <LOWER RIGHT CORNER>

And we see that the program has been uploaded to the NodeMCU unit, which is now sending information to our serial console.
